i cannot believe the society that we in america live in today we would waste time and energy chasing after a man who only did what any other spouse or lover would do those actions bwtween allen and tawanna go on everyday and i do not see any media camped outside of peoples houses all that time the news stayed outside in front of the iverson house they should have been outside a convicted child molester's house who just got paroled and who has just moved right down the street from a elementary shcool but no see that child molester has what we call rights tape their every move tape them coming outside having fun with their family but know we have tape a man who had not even arrested yet for three days if ai did and he was wrong give them a chance to prove before you judge him in the media if he would have gotten convicted then i would have said ok go catch some real crimnials including my boy ai

Thats all true what u said, I do believe that the whole situation I think was blown out of proportion, it was a little ridiculous that all the media was like literally chillin in front of his crib. I think that was disrespectful, and instead of being all in his biz they should've been at home worrying about they family. That was crazy.

Unfortunately, the reason the media were all in Allen's grill is because he is a celebrity and it comes with the territory.Also I have to disagree with that most couples handle their business like Allen and Tawanna. Some do and some don't.It all depends how you were brought up.Holla

Hey black honey I have to disagree with you about something you said. Media and everyone else didn't act like that cause AI is a celebrity they did it cause he is ALLEN IVERSON. I mean, Jason williams Killed a guy for God sakes and tried to cover it up and the media didn't camp out at his place, he didn't have helicopters flying over his house, s*** some people probably dont even know what the heck I'm talking about.
All Allen did was "supposedly" have a disagreement with his wife and the whole damn world take it up on their shoulders like its their problem. It just pissed me off cause here in Jamaica some people who don't know s*** about Iverson (not even his Jersey number) be acting like he's a criminal and all that and how they lost respect for him, and it aint like they had their facts right. It just pisses me off you know.

chrissy i agree with u cause like u said jason williams killed a man and they just showed on t.v. a couple of times and when the thing with A.I. happen it was on t.v. 24/7 and in the news paper like everyday

I hear everything that you guys are saying,but I think that this was just like the Jason Kidd situation. If u haven't heard or didn't know, he used to beat on his wife a lot, she even called 911 one time. And the media was all up in his biz like this too. My whole thing is that these people need to realize even though they're celebrites, they're people just like everyone of us. Like AI said "everybody fucks up thats just a part of life." I don't think that anybody has the right to look down on or judge anyone based on what they do in their private lives, so what they make money and are under the public eye,they are just like us. And when people start to realize that, the better off we'll all be.
