Jordan Upsets Sixers

In a highly anticpated match, Jordan led the Wizards to a 94-87 upset win against the Sixers. Iverson had his best night so far, lighting it up with 27 in the first half. The team however didn't get involved and weren't able to stop Jordan, 30, and Hamilton, 28. Iverson scored a season-high 40 points finishing 15-of-31, including 3-of-9 from beyond the arc. "It's disappointing," Iverson said. "This is one of the teams we are supposed to beat. We had them where we wanted and just let it go."

Iverson signs lifetime deal with Reebok

Iverson signed a lifetime endorsement contract with Reebok today. The deal is an extension to his 10 year, $50 million deal signed after being the No. 1 pick in the 1996 NBA draft. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed, but Fireman, CEO of Reebok, said he'd never before signed a "lifetime" deal for Reebok. "It shows a lot of commitment, and hopefully I can stand up to my part," Iverson said. "I didn't have the greatest past in the world, but they always stood by me and always stood up for me when times were bad. This is another time they stood by me and I'm just looking forward to doing the best I can for Reebok." Reebok gave Allen a Breitling watch during a news conference announcing his lifetime contract .

All Star 2002 Balloting

Vote for Allen Iverson for the All Star Team! I'm sure you guys wanna see AI light it up again at the 2002 All Star Game in Philly. Do your part and vote now! Raptors' Revenge

The Sixers sweet seven game winning streak came to an end today as the Raptors took revenge on their rival (recall the seven game series from last year's playoffs) beating the Sixers 107-88. "They played a great overall game," said Iverson. "Something unusual happened tonight, we got outhustled. They beat us to a lot of loose balls. They started off well against us."
